Thank you for your feedback although there was an issue with postage as the wrong postage was placed by one of our new staff and failed to check the weight. We were keen to either offer a full refund or another shipment in place of the order and the customer chose the refund.We then executed the refund the same day as requested and can only apologise on behalf of the company. Thank you for your feedback. Whilst we take ever care to reduce wastage on packaging orders of 50 and above, we use boxes for our deliveries. Where there is a smaller order we care to use envelopes. We will bare this in mind and feedback to management.
