Delivery drivers arrived well before time slot we were given . Which was inconvenient as it clashed with taking the kids to school . Upon delivering the mattress the drivers dragged mattress along the floor outside causing protective plastic to rip and cover the mattress in mud . Also refused to take it upstairs and said there was an additional charge for this which wasn’t stated anywhere previously. Ordered a medium firm but after 2 nights sleeping on it it’s more like sleeping on house bricks

We use an independent courier company to deliver our mattresses. You should've refused the delivery and contacted us when you saw the mattress being damaged there in front of you. We also mentioned in the READ BEFORE YOU BUY section of the product page that "DELIVERY of your order will be made any time between 6 am and 9 pm (Monday to Sunday) to the front door of your house (ground floor only) or to the main door of the building (ground floor only)." We came to know about this issue today only.
