Ordered Friday, received Monday, comes with a “how to” guide on the disc. If you run the disc on Mac the auto.exe doesn’t work as it’s only compatible with windows, but if you just open the PDF file and click on the side bar button it functions exactly the same. Contains all the information for HD Breakout 114 FXBRS and other softail models. Excellent value for money, great service, thanks 👍🏻

As previously stated to you, the 2020 Softail manual is NOT available on the website you mention, free or otherwise. If you had bothered to read the listing description or look closely at the website you mention, you will see that there is NO mention of the 2020 Softail manual. It is unfortunate that you resort to lying and false claims to attempt to get product for free.
