Item received was a well used printer with lots of damage to frame and some components, It was packaged in a thin weak box with paper void fill which was crushed and wouldn't stand upright when delivered which resulted in the CR Touch being smashed to peices, After a good Stripdown, Cleanup , Rebuild and a few new components including a new power supply i have working Ender 3 Neo.

This was a very positive buying experience. It looked nearly new but the flexible printing sheet was missing. It worked but there was a problem with levelling. I contacted the seller via eBay, and they were very responsive. After a discussion of the problem they sent me some parts which resolved it. I now have really good printer for a bargain price.
