    Bought this, paid immediately. Waited a week with no delivery or tracking info. Politely requested an update and got no reply. Followed up, nothing. Contacted through their own website, nothing! Reported to eBay and days later I received a refund with no explanation. Really poor (zero) communication. I will be avoiding all dealings in future.

    My sincere apologies for the problems with this order. The member of staff looking after eBay was on holiday and the staff member covering for him couldn't get into the eBay account because the pin went to mobile. We have learnt from this and will update the mobile number when staff are on holiday so people can get in and deal with the messages. This is now resolved, so future orders won't have delays.
