Item never arrived, I contacted the seller who went straight into a rant about not being able to control the post office. I waited a while and then asked again about the item as still not delivered. I again got a tirade of information about being a working mother of 3 and small business. I should check with neighbours about delivery in case they had received the item. I explained I had done all this and in the end requested a refund as was not happy about supporting someone who was so rude.
