My package was delayed by a few days but that was out of the vendors control, as they had dispatched it the same day. When it was late I left it a couple of days before contacting them due time of year, as the Royal mail postal service is not the quickest at the best of times. Originally bought but realised I order wrong size. Seller was great, cancelled my order and refunded me all very quickly with no hassle.
