Item arrived in not working condition, the pitch adjust did not work so the vinyl played either to fast or to slow had a full service done which cost me another £48 sent proof of invoice from technician, seller not interested

Buyer said it was not working,although I was sure it was. I immediately said I would refund and arrange collection. Buyer agreed. Within hours, buyer had had it 'repaired' without discussion or agreement from myself. Buyer sent pic of receipt which did not match the story. I said I would still refund if it was sent back....next thing, negative feedback !
