Reply was I'm just the driver, so replied I understand my condolences. Contacted courier via web, not easy or straightforward web-site; still had to call, as 'site would not allow flexibility of delivery timing, eventually had to text driver leave it by rain butt. Driver did good. Bought other items, good office customer service before.

Yes I have contacted the Seller, I haven't received a reply, despite being given plenty of time. Received a text message saying this item couldn't be delivered. It was found propped against the gate at a later point. No packaging, just 1 plastic strap 'holding'parts together. Can't pick it up without parts falling about. No instructions, no guarantee, Description says it has a 15 year guarantee. There are no hinges, no fixings or window fasteners, Nothing in the description to say not included.

It was 8 in the morning, raining and the guy had been on the road for 3 hrs just to get to me, he had a smile on his face and nothing was a problem. Every thing was properly stacked in my garden and he made sure I was happy before he left. I got the impression I was dealing with a very rare thing. ….A company that cares about its customers.
