The item is not the one in the ad. Not leather, or faux leather, but plastic. The seller's advertising these at £3.49 but all straps are £8.99. Right at the end of their ad, a watch face protector at £3.49.
The partial refund wouldn't reduce the price to the advertised price. I suggested 50% was refused. The seller offered to refund and send a postage label. The label received after 5 days is a re-print of the original with RTS added by felt tip. No refund has as yet been received.
