Huge starship, complex to make, but very rewarding and looks great.
This is a huge set! The Twilight is a transport mainstay at the beginning of the Clone Wars programs and this is a nice repoduction of it. It comes packed with Anakin, Asoka, R2-D2 and the baby Hutt Rotta. Bad points: This site is Huge, especially when constructed. To the point where I struggle to pick it up easily. It's size and complexity also make it quite a project to make. You'll spend plenty of time on this one! However, both of these are minor issues. The only realy complaints that I have with it are that the cargo bay has no floor, which is a bit poor in a transport and I had expected a bit more automation (landing gear deploys when wings are raised, etc). The later is not a big problem, just disapointed me. The former could easily be rectified by purchasing some ... This is a huge set! Excellent, fun Lego set
This is an excellent Lego set. It has many playable features like opening cockpits, cranes, guns, folding wings, etc. This makes this a fun set. It has a good build and doesn't break. There are some minor problems with the build like the side door has an awkward gap in the middle. Also the crane doesn't fit properly into the inner section. Nonetheless, the set looks great. But it has one more problem: it isn't scaled well. In the Clone wars, the Twilight was a small ship. In the Lego set, the twilight is a huge spaceship, as big as a republic frigate! Apart from these two problems the set is excellent. It is great as a part if a collection and a great toy as well. This is an excellent Lego set.
