Console was an absolute bargain . I would not hesitate to Recommend ShopTo . The box came slightly damaged ( see pics ) Its disappointing because its a Xmas present and a high value item. Unfortunately DPD who delivered it are still up to their old tricks of using abusive handling of practices. Its no surprise to me after seeing this first hand. The unofficial motto of the warehouse staff is " If you pay peanuts you get monkeys". I just hope the PS5 is not damaged when opened on the 25th.

Terrible. Purchased a brand new PS5 console from them. Item arrived with all boxes damaged and open. The PS5 box seal was already cut open and the box damaged. DPD also took photos when it was delivered showing it was damaged and open. Shopto constantly lied to me promising they would send a brand new replacement out but 2 weeks later they never did and instead told me I would have to reorder! This was after they purposely raised the price of the item by £160! Disgusting and act like criminals
