This seller takes shortcuts and will ignore you. I purchased this vacuum and got and older, used vacuum that still had hair and dirt from the last time it was used. They put it as “shipped” as soon as I bought it so I couldn’t cancel it and fedex didn’t recieve it until 12 days later.
