Looks like this seller is making same mistakes again and again my package came broken big chunk of loom band box corner missing,was only packaged in bubble wrap and thin plastic bag.Took 3days to respond to me,asking for pictures even tho i sent them all .again waited few days for response and he offered partial refund,i accepted it and again waited several days to receive official offer on refund.all of all very BAD experience.
