Fantastic service! Well the headphones are not "the best" but for sub £100 they are really really good! The audio playback isn't like a high end set of cans but all-round sounds good with a heavy bass that can actually distort the sound if too loud... The noise canceling is one of the better and even on calls I can be stood next to a busy road and the recipient can't hear the traffic! Loud noise like wind gusts and trains will distort your voice on call, battery life is 5 star, fast charging too

Great service. Earphones on the other hand are a bit tinny, they have great bass, but unless you are listening to hi Rez music, they don't really immerse you. Listening to Netflix or older YouTube vids, becomes unbearable after a couple of hours.. Certainly not as good as my Bose comfort 2's!!
