    THE definitive book on using the foot as a weapon/tool.

    This book deserves TEN stars! I have read countless books on kicking (and the martial arts in general), as well as tomes on kinesiology and physical training and Low Kicks is THE definitive book, not only on low kicks, but on kicking in general!
