    Great Product Great Price

    These are great items. Just remember that some DVI video cards support audio and some don't. Therefore the HDMI connection might or might not carry digital audio.

    Not working with my LCD.

    I tried to connect my media player HDMI out with my LCD DVI-D in, but it's not work. The LCD turned on, and then displayed "no signal". With another HDMI cable, the LCD turned on, and then displayed "out of range".

    Works perfectly

    I used this item on my old monitor with a DVI port. Laptop can take HDMI. So this configuratin: Monitor- this adapter- HDMI cable- laptop worked perfectly for me. The connection is snug and secure. Kudos for making a good product available at such reasonable price!

    Meh...

    It does what it's supposed to do, but the manufacturing quality is pretty poor. I wouldn't really mind the poor quality if the thumbscrews weren't impossible to turn by hand, but it just can't be done because they so poorly molded. There's an adapter on Ebay with metal thumbscrews, I wish I'd seen it first.

    Handy to have these adapters

    Needed one of these so I could use a secondary monitor, as expected it works well and im sure like my other adapters it will last a very long time. If I ever need another one I'll buy from this seller again for certain.
