I contacted the seller and have been back and forth for a week trying to get a refund to purchase another phone. They offered me 15.00 for a phone that cost me over 200.00. Pictures below.     I recently bought the Samsung A11 (new in the box). I have been using everyone's hand me downs for years so I was super excited to be able to find an affordable NEW cell phone, PROS: The Samsung A11 has a big screen and that's why I chose it. I love the screen size and all the bells and whistle that go along with this cell phone, The screen colors are rich and it takes beautiful pictures. You can use a blue light for screen time. It has a loud ring and easy to use features. You can play games too like "Words with Friends 2" and "Pokémon". (I couldn't on my old cell so that was a must for me and the best part is the battery stays charged for a long time. CONS: The only problem I have is the keyboard "keys". I have fat fingers and I'm constantly messing up and having to go back and fix my ...

    Samsung A11: Many Nice Features

    This phone is an upgrade from my older LG G6. I like the larger screen and am just learning how to use it's many features. The unlocked version works well with my Mexican provider. Looking forward to growing old together.

    Easy use!

    Runs well with less apps

    the cons are that if you get too many apps on it, it tends to slow down the phone alittle bit and a few rimes I had problems with it sticking. But once I got it unstuck, it ran pretty well
