Then you get a message a few hours later "sorry on holiday and we dont have them in stock order cancelled" there is no wonder they have so few sales from setting account up in 2019. My £1k item was also cancelled after payment. I didnt receive any seller communication on this. You are free to think whatever you like, but the reality is that I am selling high value items making little profit just to be nice to people and I cannot always meet customers' unreasonable expectations. Better customer service is offered by expensive brands.
