It's a cheap version ,The material however whilst ok to the hand feels rough to the very tender part of the leg and does not disapate heat and becomes very warm in use making the courseness even worse,but it does relieve the pain by holding the lege in a correct position so I have no alternative but to use it untill a better quality one arrives in 2-3 weeks, but I would not buy this item given time and choice
