However, it made light work of piles of ironing lst nigh, including linen sheets, and I didn't need to refill it as often as the old one. The cord is a little bit shorter than I'm used to, put that's not a problem for me. The service from directvacuums was great - a very quick delivery, and the iron was securely packaged in a strong cardboard box. Thank you.

Thep only thing that was a letdown was the item itself. The description from the manufacturer (not the seller) did not match the functionality. The rotisserie function is too small for anything other than a small chicken. Also, the timer cannot be set for more than 60 mins or less than 5. I've returned it for a refund. Ratings are for the seller not the item.
