Puoi decidere di rendere qualsiasi articolo entro 14 (quattordici) giorni dal giorno di consegna del pacco da parte del corriere.

Assicurati che i prodotti siano nelle stesse condizioni in cui li hai ricevuti, mai usati, con tutti i cartellini attaccati, etichette, scatole, sacchetti per la polvere e tutta l’eventuale documentazione allegata. Usa la stessa scatola di consegna per imballare il pacco, se si è danneggiata sostituiscila con una di uguali dimensioni e consistenza.

Invia un messaggio con scritto "RESO DEL PRODOTTO", ed aggiungi il codice SKU che trovi sulla fattura di consegna o sul cartellino del prodotto e la data che riporta l’ordine.

TI verrà inviato un messaggio con le indicazioni da seguire per il reso, che contengono: L'INDIRIZZO DI MAGAZZINO A CUI SPEDIRE IL PACCO (sono 14 magazzini, quindi dipende da dove era stoccato il prodotto), un’etichetta da allegare al pacco e il numero del corriere da contattare per il ritiro del pacco, è sempre lo stesso che ha effettuato la consegna.

Nel caso tu ricevessi un prodotto diverso da quello ordinato o danneggiato, devi inviare un messaggio ,entro 14 (quattordici) giorni dalla consegna da parte del corriere, scrivere nell’oggetto PRODOTTO DIVERSO DALL’ORDINE oppure PRODOTTO DANNEGGIATO, scrivi poi il codice SKU che trovi sulla fattura di consegna o sul cartellino del prodotto, la data dell’ordine e allega 2/3 foto dove si vede il danno. In tale caso ti verrà fornita una etichetta di reso per rispedire il prodotto danneggiato/errato, oltre all'indirizzo di spedizione ed il numero del corriere da contattare, IN QUESTO CASO ti verranno restituiti anche i costi di spedizione per il reso..

Non verranno accettati reclami trascorsi i 14 (quattordici) giorni.
