    Awesome little headlamp

    Never heard of this particular brand before but had read a few reviews all of which were really positive. I’ve had cheaper headlamps before and they we’re pretty rubbish...the saying “you get what you pay for” was very true in these cases. I wanted a better quality unit but also I was reluctant to spend loads of money as I don’t use them often enough to justify £80+ on a headlamp! Opted for this as it was a good middle ground price wise between too end and the cheap £15-£20 ones you see, and I can honestly say I wasn’t disappointed. Love the fact I came with the ‘core’ rechargeable battery pack. The unit is light, has plenty of adjustment in the strap and is amazingly bright! Legitimately surprised me how much light it threw out. I’ve not had the chance to give it a full run to see how the ...

    Good lightning in a poor case

    Back in the day Peztl headtorches were well made. Maybe now the high end ones are still well made but not this one. For half the price you can buy similar quality from an unknow brand made in China. Although it gives good light the finish of the product is poor.

    Light the dark

    I recently brought this item for the early morning and late nights for walking are dog. It’s comfortable to wear and easy to use but the rechargeable battery doesn’t last as long as I thought it would but it’s ok and I probably should have brought the more powerful one for a better distance light but overall it does the job.

    Good bit of kit!

    Bought this to go dog walking, the rechargeable battery last me about three weeks depending on which setting see photos, level 1-3 the picture of level 3 doesn't do this head torch justice it's super bright. Not the cheapest but value for money and looks like it will last years.

    Worth the money?

    Works perfectly well. Paid about £42 for this, it's my first Petzl so didn't know what to expect with build quality. To be honest I'm not blown away. the plastic doesn't feel as rugged as I'd expect for a torch this price. We've bought a head torch each for the wife and me, so just before this I bought and Ever Ready one which is 400 lumens max, just slightly less bright than this Petzl one on paper, but the Ever Ready one is still extremely bright and seems pretty much as good to me although the design is different, and at about £13 I'm struggling to see why the Petzl one is over 3 times the price? Hopefully in the long run quality will tell and the Petzl one will last me a long time.
