    Better than original

    The valve outlet on my toilet started to drip. The base washer was ragged around the edges. The toilet flush was never very efficient from installation.This one is silicone and appears much better. the flush is now so much better too.

    It helps to know how to fit it

    Seal works well but a bit confusing to fit if you don't have instructions. The base of the flush valve is fitted with what looks like a nut. It isn't. It is a retaining collar that is held in place by dogs on the main shaft. It needs to be twisted by about 45 degrees to disengage the dogs, then pulled off. See attached pics for clarification.

    Stopped leaking flush

    Sorted my leaking toilet quickly and easily. Saved me buying a whole new flush valve particularly as the Roca ones seem a different size to the cheap replacements on screwfix.

    Roca CC Toilet flush valve seal.

    The flush valve seal has been modified and is no longer a rubber based product more a silicone based one. the diameter has been increased by approx 1mm but works perfectly. The rubber ones used to scale up, only time will tell if the silicone ones reduce the scaling problem.

    Roca dual system replacement seal

    Great product but changing it was tricky due to poor design of the roca dual flushing unit and bayonet screw that was hard to detatch. It didnt seal tight but was much better than old seal. Still a slight trickle of water,
