    find these very good for my arthritics although taste is awful if in mouth to long before you swollow them well worth taking though find seven seas are better than others i have used although price is higher than some brands well worth the extra for the benifits you get so i would recommend them every time

    The vitamins in it began working straight away I felt I also got my energy that quick, had stopped taking for some months,but when the drs told me I was anaemic I ordered again and feeling so much better now, thank you
