I was told to expect the item by 18/4. Despite shown as dispatched it had not arrived so I contacted the seller. No reply. I raised a request re non receipt after waiting a further 5 days! eBay actually asked me to complete feedback in the meantime. The string was delivered PM on Sunday 28/4 with no explanation and a pack of mini clothes pegs.I have given 5* feedback as I am assuming this is an isolated incident and do not wish to harm a firm’s reputation

Don't buy from this seller. It's a scam. I've never received the item. Seller claims it was delivered and provided a link to a page at Aquiline International where it says package delivered and that this is a proof of delivery. There's no picture, signature, nothing to prove actual item being delivered to the address. This is well known scam with this Aquiline company.
