Good vendor. Initial delay in receiving this heater (not the sellers fault - read on). Prompt responses from seller when contacted to address a delay in receiving item - which looks as though was down to Yodel and their confused system/inaccurate tracking information. Product was well packaged including professional printed carton and brief instruction leaflet. Quality appears fit for purpose, only tested briefly appears so far to work as intended. Item was as expected have given good feedback to you as a seller, however I would suggest not using Yodel in future as their tracking and delivery timing was less than poor. And to put the Icing on the cake the package was safely delivered into a bucket by the front door with an inch of water in it on a rainy day??? wasnt impressed tbf. Good thing the item was packaged well.
