items came in sealed box but once we opened them we noticed they are NOT NEW as listed.. they are USED, They are dirty , have a few scratches and the screws have been swept and/or have been tightened before.. They were simply repacked to sell them as NEW!! what a scam!!

Great eBayer. The sensitive electronic part arrived very quickly as described. It was also well packed and well-protected in a small box, and in an envelope inside the box.
