I put in a bid and they accepted it and took payment immediately. A shipping label was created and then crickets. Exactly one month later, after I contacted them for a status, they claimed the ring got caught in customs and they would refund my money. I waited and nothing. I reached out to them and no answer. I had to go through EBay to get my money back. I’m so disappointed because I loved that ring. Now it’s listed again as the “last one”.

If you are thinking about getting one of their rings - buy it! It’s exactly as pictured, I love it. It’s certified and IGI certification was included. I checked the online IGI report and the diamond is certified. I have a diamond tester and it passed. I was skeptical but it worked out perfectly, I love my ring. Diamond and white gold shines! Shipping didn’t take too long at all considering the distance it travelled to get to me. I would buy again. Don’t miss out!
