Purchased rechargeable batteries and a charger for use in USA, they sent a charger for Europe, cant plug it in in American household electricity, reached out to them reply was " well send you some tea on your next purchase", next reply.. "well give you 10% back", 10% comeon?, not once did they offer to send the right charger, Also saying they lose money on the item sold yet its still for sale on e bay for the same price, finally sent a return label, turns out its bogus and had no tracking on it.
