The ring that fits around the filler cap is incredibly tight so it doesn’t revolve freely which causes means you can’t unscrew the filler cap as the rubber cable snags. You end up destroying the ring trying to pull it off.
Nothing wrong with the seller or the postage. The product seems to have incredibly tight tolerances which in turn ruins it as it cannot perform its function.
You are better off sanding it beforehand or just ordering the filler cap with the rubber attached as one item.
