Delivery came in time frame stated, these thermal top feel lovely, soft and warm, definitely recommend getting at least two sizes bigger than your normal size as they are on the small size , bought XL size ,I’m size 14 , XL size usually bit big on me but these are like a size 14 , XL usually about size 16/18 uk but these aren’t, pleased with them though

Item arrived without the battery when it clearly stated with battery, tried to lie by saying it was never included. Clearly a ploy to get you to buy the item in the first place and hope you don't follow it up. PayPal investigated and refunded and I returned the item and you said you would send the postage cost to my PayPal which you haven't. Shame on you. I would have accepted 50% refund to buy a battery but you didn't accept that, so now I'm £5.99 out of pocket. Scammers.
