Tracking number shows item was never dispatched however once I contacted the company to enquire, I was informed that the item has been lost by courier and I was given a refund - which I did not want. Asked to wait for another one to come in stock but that wasn’t possible apparently and in the meantime, the price has gone up! Really bad business to lie to customers. Will never use this business again!
