While the package did arrive swiftly, it arrived broken. After I contacted the seller, I took the item to USPS where even they agreed the ceramic mug was poorly wrapped - see pics. All of those excellent reviews were quite misleading; I was hopeful we could come to a resolution, but as of 1739 on 3.28.24, that has yet to occur.
