Wrong Size, Wrong colour and seemed like they'd previously been worn? I was offered £8 (1/3rd) of a partial refund and to keep something that doesn't fit them or send them back, given where I live and the hassle of doing so,not to mention my concern that they'd been worn and sent back already,and the either lack of care about the issue was concerned. I explained this and ended up getting a half refund and trousers that don't fit. So neutral is fair.
