Item arrived when expected and happy with the product. However, the kettle stopped working after 2 days, we replaced the fuse and happily the kettle worked OK, until whee after another 2 days the kettle stopped working again! Clearly there is a fault. I had the parcel sent to a friend..... unfortunately the box it was sent in said 'Laura Ashley kettle' on it..... Knowing I had ordered a chainsaw, she nearly didn't accept it. After some fraught messages to me, I told her to open it and lo and behold it was the chainsaw!! It's a pity that someone in the despatch department didn't cross out the contents description. It would have saved a lot of hassle.
