The box used fit perfectly--enough room to get my fingers in to remove the books, but not enough for the books to go sliding within transit. The whole set was wrapped in packing paper and secured with tape. Each book was well taken care. Exactly as in the listing. I'm very happy with my purchase; the price was amazing.
