Faulty item or counterfeit: This item was not new and was also faulty or potentially counterfeit: Not only the "Beats" didn't connect / pair via Bluetooth; also the adjustments for adjusting the headset size were loose and didn't connect. The seller didn't follow eBay instructions to either provide me with a return envelope or the payment for posting. They also received the item and didn't process a refund for it. I got eBay involved, and they refunded me and told me to block this seller.

We never intended to put you in a difficult situation. We applied to ebay for everything to be in accordance with the rules. We proceeded with their guidance. We also accepted the refund. Why did you make such a harsh comment that upset us.

Do check that the item you receive is a genuine product. Advertised as genuine but this one I received is a fake counterfeit as it doesn't connect to the JBL app, only has one LED on the charging case, and the JBL is a sticker (genuine JBL logos are indented per the photos). Buyer beware!

We did not know that this product would be sent in this way, it took us some time to contact the manufacturer after you notified us. yes, the date they said to return it took some time. that's why we were late in replying to you. But you didn't trust us and wanted to solve it with ebay and you got both the product and your money back and you made a negative comment on it. Actually, you were profitable. There may be such returns in trade. I wish you hadn't interpreted us in this way.
