I've bought from world books previously and this one arrived. The inside of the book is fine and dandy and what one might expect from a second hand book. What turned my stomach and my husbands when I got around to opening what was seven in the series. This one had strange spillage plastered over the cover. At first I thought it was part of the front cover and when I ran my hand over it I realised it wasn't and showed my husband. I felt sick to the stomach. It was removable with a damp cloth. I had bought the series after watching the dark tower movie. I did have all his works in hardback until my collection of books was so great I donated them to the book skip some 8 years ago. 900 to be exact amongst other many writers. Great book series
Don't go by the movie, the dark tower series is epic fantasy Americana by King. Highly influence d by Tolkein, of course but also Sergio Leone's spaghetti westerns. Would have made an amazing tv show, if we'll executed.
