Extremely slow postage. Paid 28th, posted 4th and received 7th when advert said post within 3 days and charged £4.69 to do it. Not happy at all. Item arrived with boxed all squashed too!

I have been fully anticipating poor feedback, due to the ill-mannered correspondance that I received from the buyer after the purchase had been made. The item was posted in accordance with my stated postage policy, namely Royal Mail second class signed for, posted within three working days. Payment was received on Thursday and the item posted Monday. The item was wrapped in thick cardboard and placed in a padded envelope, so if arrived damaged then this was the fault of Royal Mail.
