Hi I have received the hand set today and the controls do not work properly, in the window have scratches on, it feels like it’s second hand.
For your info the delivery was longer than should be They sent me a letter say it’s been delivered to the address u gave them. Shop was awkward as I was it given a code for collection. Ok what next ?
