Seller was very patient and communicated fast and effectively. I had a few issues with my post office where they kept telling me incorrect information about the whereabouts of my package, saying it was delivered when it wasn’t, and then sending it back to Japan. The seller re-sent the package by express post (no extra charge) which was really lovely of them and they included a small gift too.
