    Redman as good as ever.

    If you are a fan of Amanda Redman like I am, you should enjoy her performance as Lydia Fonseca in this little hospital set in India. Fonseca is technically number 2 at this little hospital but performs mainly as the 'boss'. Dealing with the local population, tourists and occasionally some expats in a tough but firm way with her Indian staff. Neil Morrissey plays the local beach bar-owner and is the partner of Fonseca. Junior Doctor, Ruby Walker from the UK played by Amrita Acharia finds herself in at the deep end at first - "it's not what I signed up for ..." Good story lines and waiting for the next series.

    It is a great series, I love the story and the people set in a wonderful place, India/ Sri Lanka. No matter what I feel like at the beginning I have a warm glow by the time the episode finishes. Great TV. More episodes please!!!! Thank you Bob Neal

    I didnt want the series to end!

    you can laugh-but this is a really lovely series-great characters-gripping storylines-beautiful scenery,without even one "nasty"character!I hope they make many more episodes.
