Product fine but lazy, cheap packaging could mean product arrives damaged.
Headphones are fine but they were posted in a sealed up plastic bag which did nothing to protect the package in the post. When the bag was opened there was a massive hole in the side of the box the headphones were in which could only have happened in transit. The simple addition of bubble wrap around the box before posting would have prevented this. Just pure luck that the headphones were not damaged.
