The only minor problem I found if you haven't got a container large enough for all contents you may need a bag sealer or large zip seal bag to keep contents airtight

it's dried milk with stuff in it. It's not as good value as milk but good to have in the larder during a pandemic and for camping because it won't go off. It's a good fall-back, reserve option. As far as value is concerned it's a good bit more expensive than liquid milk working out at about 75p per litre if my maths is right. My wife reckons it's great for coffee - putting in a higher dose than recommended to simulate cream.it's dried milk with stuff in it. this is not skimmed milk
Read the small print! This is only 24% skimmed milk powder. The rest is a concoction of glucose syrup, lactose and dozens of additives. High in sugar and fat and much lower in protein than real skimmed milk.
