dose it all need to read the recipie book

Heavy machine, but I think we will get along together.
Good quality and has lots of different uses. Unable to answer the question relating to is it easy to use. It is new to me and needs to be understood before I am able to answer this question! Hopefully it saves on a conventional oven, cost of running and cooking times.

Fantastic kitchen gadget
I was reluctant to use this at first but decided to try it before my husband removed it. It is the best piece of equipment in the kitchen. So versatile and easy to use. It's quicker than the oven I still am amazed that I can cook Sunday lunch so quickly. Impact on energy bills has been a happy bonus
