Packed VERY tightly in bubble wrap which is nice to protect the item but I was nervous to cut the actual purse when trying to open it because it was so tight. Arrived in perfect condition. Fast courteous service was appreciated and the purse itself was just beautiful. Lighting of the picture was spot on, and accurately depicted the item, but as for written description I was expecting slightly metallic. It was a well cared for item and very nice. I will DEFINITELY use this seller in the future.
