EXTREMELY BAD. Ordered 27mm blinds, got sent 50mm blinds and the width sizing was incorrect as to what was ordered. Contacted the company to organise a return only to be told "You're more than welcome to return the items to us for a full refund. Please note, that all returns are sadly at the customer's own expense." Incorrect, by law. Be wary of dealing with this company.
