Item turned up before lead times stated in description, so that was great but was missing the instructions and screw pack. Contacted seller via eBay and direct to Forest…sent out the pack and have received now..many thanks. Yes I have contacted the Seller, I haven't received a reply, despite being given plenty of time. Received a text message saying this item couldn't be delivered. It was found propped against the gate at a later point. No packaging, just 1 plastic strap 'holding'parts together. Can't pick it up without parts falling about. No instructions, no guarantee, Description says it has a 15 year guarantee. There are no hinges, no fixings or window fasteners, Nothing in the description to say not included.
