    Better than other brands, effective

    It really feeds your brain. It says energy. When you're stressed, your energy levels get drained. when you take care of your brain, with the right diet, & supplements like b-12 , your energy levels change, because you're able to relax, instead of stress out. I have noticed it helps me relax, when I am feeling too nervous. It takes about 10 minutes, while it enters your bloodstream, & can feel a real difference. I give it to my teenagers 2-3 times a week as need. Spouse takes it daily, for the daily grind. Highly recommend this one, as other brands were not as effective, to me, & our family.
